ABOUT PERIDOT
Peridot is one of the few gemstones that only forms in one colour. The gem variety of the mineral Olivine, it gets its green colour due to its iron content - the more iron it contains, the deeper green it will be.
Peridot is said to alleviate feelings of jealousy, spite, resentment, hatred and greed while reducing anger, stress and guilt and enhancing confidence and assertion. Set in gold, it is said to protect against nightmares and promote peaceful sleep.
