You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, including original shipping/postage costs (excludes customised/personalised items and earrings for pierced ears, for hygiene reasons). Please contact me for details of how to return your item(s).
Unless your item is faulty, the cost of shipping the item back to me remains the responsibility of the buyer.
If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival (or doesn't arrive at all!), please contact me within 14 days of receipt and we'll work out a solution, either a replacement or a refund.
