Returns & Refunds
I happily accept returns of non-personalised items.
To initiate a return, please contact me as soon as possible (and within 14 days of delivery) and I will provide you with instructions on how to proceed and a returns address. The item should then be returned to me within 28 days of delivery.
See below for full details.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged due to mishandling by the postal service, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and include the following, as I will need these in order to file a claim with Royal Mail:
- A photograph showing any damaged packaging.
- A minimum of three photographs of the damaged item, taken from different angles.
If you think your item is faulty, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the item so that I can decide the best way to resolve the issue.
I will then arrange either a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
Replacement items will be shipped at my own cost.
In both of these situations, I will arrange a return postage label for you to print and attach to the package. If you don't have a printer, I can send you a QR code to take to your local Post Office, where they will print the label for you.
Item Not as Expected or Changed Your Mind?
If your item isn't quite what you expected or you've simply changed your mind, I'm still happy to accept a return. However, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage in these situations.
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and I will provide you with the return address. The item should then be returned to me within 28 days of delivery.
I recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining your proof of postage until the item has been safely received by me.
Once the item has been received in its original gift box or gift bag and is in an undamaged condition, I will issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost.
My Item Was a Gift – Can I Still Return It?
Please note that I am only able to arrange returns with, and issue refunds to, the original purchaser in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
If your item was a gift and arrives damaged or faulty, or you'd simply like to return it because it's not to your taste, please ask the person who purchased it for you to contact me so that I can arrange the return or refund.
